One of our Clients asked for an advice on a possibility to geolocate his employees with GPS equipment. His aim was to get a full picture of the company’s cars usage by his employees.

Contrary to the Client’s expectation, the geolocalization issue is very complex. It focuses a lot of doubts from many legal branches such as: employment law, personal rights including a right to privacy and also personal data protection.
