No consequences (principally)

One of the clients of our law firm wanted to know if he could put on the legal consequences if the grant parental leave to the employee, knowing in advance that he will not be able personally to care for his child.

The employer shall not bear any consequences due to the fact that knowing that the worker taking parental leave will not be able to exercise personal care for your child, give him the leave. If the employee will not be during the holiday exercised care of the child is the only effect is that the employer may call such an employee to appear to work within their specified, but no later than within 30 days after receiving such a message and not earlier than after 3 days of the summons. Laws do not provide for other consequences.
