Capital groups – internal law and workshops

As it turns out, the functioning of a large business is possible even in the absence of applicable provisions. A good example in this case are the capital groups which due to the lack of holding-related regulations in Poland have to solve on their own all the intricate problems associated with the supervisory powers, reporting duties or liability attached to the members of executive bodies. Polish capital groups are prompted to create their internal law in place of the missing national legislation. The workshops tailored to the needs of capital groups are delivered by the Law Office partner, Karolina Kocemba, attorney-at-law. This kind of seminar aims to solve – from a practical and theoretical point of view – at least a part of difficult problems faced up by capital groups in everyday practice.
