Cutting construction red tape

On March 16th 2015, the President signed an amended bill from February 20th 2015 about amending the bill – Construction Law and other bills. Legislator’s intention was to improve contraction process by removing some legal and bureaucracy limitations.

The amendment provides among others removing the obligation for acquiring construction permit decision in relation with some building types. Additionally the bill drops an obligation to enclose statements of providing the utilities to the building, access to the public road, and connection conditions into the construction design. It also provides a loosened principle that the construction works may begin basing on the final decision of granting permission for building.

The bill comes into effect on June 16th 2015.
