Revolutionary approach to hosting companies’ obligations?

The Regional Court in Cracow issued critical and unprecedented judgment, in which obliged the employees of the popular in Poland hosting company “” (it means: Let’s hoard!) to periodically type the words: „Chomikuj” + „Dzień świra” + „film” in the Google and Blink browsers to find pirated files on servers administered by “” and block access to them. This judgment is very controversial under the provisions regulating providing services online in Poland. The judgment is not yet final and is appealable.
