Arrearage must be continous

Two the most important aspects of a proper payment of salary are right amount of a wage and timeliness of the payment. The proper payment of salary at the same time stipulates one of the basic employer’s duties towards an employee. This raises a question what should an employee do if his/her salary is not paid in full or after the deadline? Whether such one-time breach of duty permits an employee to terminate his/her employment contract without notice due to employer’s fault? What happens if such situation continues for a further period – whether this will result in passing away a deadline to issue such termination?
