When the employee statement of termination of employment for termination is effective?

Not every employee’s statement regarding lack of desire to continue employment relationship on previous terms and conditions shall be regarded as termination of employment agreement. In order to regard the statement in such way it is necessary that it provides the way and deadline of termination. Without those aspect an employer should recognize such statement as only invitation to prognosis of termination of employment relationship.

Employers have to remember that their evaluation of received documents from employees should not be hasty. This may result in terminating employment contract contrary to law which will lead to financial consequents for an employer.
