Remuneration of posted workers the same as local workers

Is there a possibility that it will be ensured that posted worker who perform work in different European Union member state should have been provided with the remuneration in amount the same as local worker on the same position.

Such a declaration was made on 6 October 2015 by commissioner Marianne Thyssen, who declared that till the end of 2016 European Commission should verify if there is a need to review, in scope of the rate of remuneration, the directive 96/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 1996 concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services.

Such information is not a very advantageous for Polish companies, in case when such requirement would be provided polish companies could no longer compete with companies from other EU member state, as the labour costs which currently are significantly lower as regards Polish companies would increase, therefore provision of services by Polish companies would cease to be profitable.
