Overtalk habit

Michal Tomczak writes on the blog: the essence of a judicial settlement contains in several views, in a few sentences-not on dozens of pages of the grounds of a judgment. The best, the smartest judgments are often very short. Finally, in many cases, the Court makes a judgment, because it just feels, because a legal opinion considers more right. And that often cannot be explained, or in one sentence, or in one hundred pages.
