The workers ' contract in a later version

On February 22 2016 will enter into force the regulation of the Minister of labour and social policy of 10 November 2015 in part defining the new pattern of the employment contract. In this context, it is worth to determine whether this is a new regulation and what are the consequences for the workers and employers will have the conclusion of employment contracts which do not comply with the model set out in this regulation.
