The Council of creditors - new attempt to self-reliance (powers and procedings)

Although the bankruptcy and restructuring law is subject to the most important revision since the entry into force of the the Act in October 2003, including changing the title of the Act, the old numbering of articles does not change.

Article 206 mentions the most important powers of the Council, but remember that the rest of these powers is scattered throughout the Act, because the pronunciation of this list is whatever limited.

According to the new editorial the sanction of nullity has been clearly reserved  for those actions taken without the Council's consent required.
