New electronic signature

The term "safe electronic signature verified using a valid qualified certificate" will replace the term "qualified electronic signature"-such a change implies regulation of the Council of Ministers of 6 October 2016. amending the regulation on the manner, scope and mode of sharing the data collected in the public register (Dz.U. poz. 1634).

This Act implements the mandate resulting from the article. 15 paragraph 1. 3 of the Act of 17 February 2005 on the computerization of the business entities pursuing public tasks (Dz. U. z 2014 r. poz. 1114).

Provided for in the regulation changes are intended to adjust the current provisions on electronic signatures to a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 910 of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market.

The regulation enter into force on 7 October 2016.
