Work regulations from 1th January, 2017

Starting from 1th January, 2017 employers of more than 50 persons shall introduce work and employment regulations unless they are covered by collective labour agreement. Such obligation has so far been imposed on employers of at least 20 persons.

After the amendment  an employer of at least 20 persons and less that 50 persons may introduce such regulations but is obliged to so after request of the union organization. The same principles should apply to social benefits fund.
