The bailiff sell mobility also through the electronic auction

Entering into force on 1 March 2017. Amendment of the Code of Civil Procedure provides for the possibility of sales of chattels by electronic auction. The new regulations stipulate that the bailiff can make a sale by electronic auction at the request of the creditor. In the event of such a request, the bailiff shall return seized movables under the supervision of a person other than the debtor, unless such surveillance is already established or mobility has been deposited with the court or put for safekeeping competent institution.

Request for sale by electronic auction will be submitted before the appointment date of the auction or with the application for the appointment of the second auction. While the auction will be carried out electronically via the communication system in which the bailiff will he published the notice of the electronic auction.
