National Property Resources

Its basic duties includes monitoring the tenancy issues (e.g. the rent prices), the rules of conclusions and terminations of the tenancy agreements and also controlling meeting the requirements concerning residential areas for lease.

The major aim of the Act is to ensure permanent investment conditions for people concerned and to preserve tenants and interests of the Public Treasury.
