Practice

Court

Legal and arbitration proceedings are not only the traditional way in which the law is applied, but also a device necessary for grasping the gist of how the law is applied. Without the knowledge of previous court decisions a lawyer may experience certain difficulties in understanding many concepts of commercial law.

Legal practice requires a great deal of patience and conviction. Properly understood legal practice should involve a realistic establishment of the Client’s expectations. All our lawyers have the right of audience, which means that they may plead cases directly before the court.

To dispel the doubts revolving around the legal proceedings please contact: Michał Tomczak, attorney-at-law (michal.tomczak@tomczak.pl), Joanna Ostojska, attorney-at-law trainee (joanna.ostojska@tomczak.pl) and Piotr Mikosik, attorney-at-law trainee (piotr.mikosik@tomczak.pl).
